The BADST Forever Level-up Retreat is a professional networking event that will allow alumnae sisters from the Beta Alpha Chapter of Florida A&M University to connect, support, and drive deeper relationships that extend beyond the classic interactions that occur in an on-campus environment. Being a select member of BADST means that you and your family should be positioned to advance all dimensions of life by leveraging our collective network. No, the Level Up Retreat is a pillar of the BADST Forever Level Up Foundation, which provides working capital for the event. All distributions are paid directly to third-party vendors, including the hotel. Volunteers lead all aspects of the foundation.

The registration fee covers breakfast, lunch, and snacks during the retreat hours, as well as social events, swag, AV, and other conference services necessary to accomplish a high-quality retreat.

No. Sorors who participate in the retreat, whether as organizers or speakers, are doing so out of service to the organization, this event, and our sisters.

We would like Sorors to stay at the hotel and participate in the main stage sessions and breakout sessions throughout the day. In order for Sorors to get the full benefit and return on their registration fee, the organizers want to make it convenient for them to establish connections without the distraction of juggling home life. This is a retreat. Instead of spending time fighting Atlanta traffic, bond with a new sister or deepen connections from last year over cocktails. Consider splitting the negotiated daily room rate with a line sister to decrease your expenses.

Based on the feedback from the success of our inaugural event in 2024, the original organizers and the BADST Forever Level up Foundation Executive Committee have decided to commit to a retreat every 18 months.
